What authorization means

An issuer may reserve funds temporarily while deciding whether to approve a transaction. Incorrect billing data, issuer controls, or fraud screening can lead to review or decline. We may hold or cancel an order that has not received valid authorization.

curehydration does not retain complete card numbers or card verification values. Customers should never email those credentials. Suspected unauthorized card activity should be reported to the issuer and to us at Support@curehydratoud.shop or (743) 621-9981.

Taxes are transaction-specific

Tax is assessed in accordance with the law applicable to the transaction. Nothing in this policy guarantees that a purchase will be tax-free.

Credits after an approved return

A refund is routed back to the payment method originally used and is issued within 5-10 business days after approval. The institution receiving that credit decides when it becomes visible in the account.
