Returns at a glance

Customers of curehydration may open a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days of receiving an order. Approval must be obtained before a parcel is sent, which allows us to protect the return and match it to the correct purchase.

The merchant-paid process

Send the order details to Support@curehydratoud.shop or speak with us at (743) 621-9981. For an approved request, we arrange a prepaid label or another method that does not charge the customer. This merchant-paid treatment applies both to eligible change-of-mind returns and to exchanges.

Problems with the order

Damage, a defect, an incorrect shipment, or a missing item should be reported promptly. We will determine whether replacement, exchange, or refund is the suitable remedy, and we remain responsible for the related return freight.

Items outside the change-of-mind program

A customized product, a clearance or Final Sale purchase, a gift card, or an opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive item cannot be returned merely because the customer changed their mind. That limitation does not affect remedies for merchandise that arrived damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, and it does not override non-waivable consumer protections.

Receiving the money back

Once the returned merchandise has been received, checked, and approved, funds are released to the original payment method in 5-10 business days. Posting speed after release is determined by the customer's bank or card provider.

Before and after shipment

We can consider cancellation before shipment while fulfillment has not dispatched the order. A request arriving after shipment follows this policy instead.
