The relationship these terms create

These Terms of Service apply when a visitor uses curehydration or submits an order. The Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages are incorporated by reference. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply even if another provision says otherwise.

A product-led catalog

The store features electrolyte drink-mix formats, hydration options for kids, energy drink mixes, individual samples, multipacks, bulk jars, and related bottles or accessories. A current product page is the authoritative source for available sizes, flavors, price, ingredients, preparation instructions, and warnings when those details apply.

Submitting and accepting an order

The customer is responsible for accurate contact, billing, and U.S. delivery information. Receipt of an order message is not final acceptance. We may decline a transaction for failed authorization, inventory limits, suspected misuse or fraud, or a material catalog error; money captured for a cancelled item is returned.

Checkout obligations

Transactions use USD. Checkout can offer Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Any legally applicable tax is calculated or collected as required, rather than being waived by a blanket promise.

Fulfillment commitments

There is no standard shipping fee on a United States order, and we ship only within the United States. Preparation is generally 1-2 business days, with a further estimated 4-6 business days in carrier transit. Tracking is supplied after dispatch.

Cancellation, return, and exchange rights

A customer may seek cancellation until the order ships. After shipment, a no-reason return or exchange remains available for 30 days after delivery. curehydration pays approved return costs, including cases involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing goods. A valid refund is released to the original method within 5-10 business days.

Website conduct

It is prohibited to disrupt the storefront, bypass security, introduce harmful code, misrepresent identity, use the service for unlawful activity, or infringe intellectual-property and privacy rights. Automated access that burdens or damages the service is also prohibited.

Ownership and third-party services

Protected store content remains the property of its lawful owner and cannot be commercially reused without authority. Shopify, payment processors, and carriers provide separate services subject to their own lawful operating terms.

Risk, remedies, and governing standards

We do not exclude warranties or remedies that the law makes mandatory. Where limitation is lawful, responsibility does not extend beyond reasonably foreseeable loss connected with the affected purchase. Applicable U.S. law governs while preserving any protection that cannot be waived.
